Launched in 2003, defenseworld.net has grown into one of the most prominent defence and aerospace news portals with an average daily page view rate of 25000 which goes up to 50,000-100,000 on occasions of major defense and aerospace trade events. Our focused coverage of exhibitions and conferences has attracted and retained procurement officials, industry executives and other key elements of the defence industry food chain.

How is Defense World Different?
We have developed a data mining algorithm which ploughs through hundreds of online resources on defense, gathers the information in the form of media releases, product details, corporate developments, budgetary information, show news, etc., and places it in our database.

A back-end algorithm (we call it 'Roboeditor'!) then takes over- sorts the information into different databases and projects it onto the Defenseworld.net website just as a human editor would. The difference is that Roboeditor works on the fly- is extremely fast with reading files and creating display templates. The result is that you get a website which is updated several times a day with the latest information which is properly classified and searchable according to various parameters.

The data generated is further filtered and refined to serve as the building blocks of product and equipment related databases. Our human editors and analysts fine-tune this information to bring you live-updated data products which will serve as real-time analysis tools.
