The network of charging stations can be located and accessed via a mobile app. The app shows all charge points within a set distance and indicates which ones are free or in use. The app can also control the charging session and other account features including payments.

As of 2022, company stats indicated a charge was completed every second of the day and the pace was accelerating. In regard to the company’s scope and reach, more than 75% of Fortune 500 companies are customers and that figure is only limited because there is so much competition in the market.

The four key differences that set ChargePoint apart from its competition are its networked charging stations, complete cloud-based software solutions for all verticals, the mobile app, and 24/7 service for clients. The networked charging system alone allows for easy access to stations as well as improving uptime, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
