Russian Sukhoi Su-34 will get the first batch of the Khibiny aircraft electronic countermeasures (ECM) system this month.
The systems will be installed on the wingtips of Su-34s and will provide the jets with election countermeasures against radar systems, anti-aircraft missile systems and airborne early warning and control aircraft, Igor Nasenkov, the first deputy general director of the Radio-Electronic Technologies Concern (KRET) was quoted as saying by Ria Novosti Thursday.
"The first batch will be delivered in November 2015," he told RIA Novosti in an interview at the Dubai Airshow-2015.
