Harris Corp Wins $1.7 Billion To Procure Radios For Afghanistan

Harris Corp was awarded a $1.7 billion contract to procure Harris radios, ancillaries, spare parts and services for Afghanistan.

Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. The estimated completion date is June 15, 2021, the US department of defense said in a statement Friday.

Funding and work location will be determined with each order.  Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
