Tower Industries To Provide Cast Iron Practice Bombs To USAF For $87 Million

Tower Industries has won $87 million contract to provide cast iron practice bombs for the Air Force.

Work will be performed with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2019, The US DoD said in a statement Thursday.

Fiscal 2016 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $87,149,390 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
