Southern California University Wins $30 Million For Ptychography-based Rapid Imaging of Nano-Structures

University of Southern California (USC) - Information Sciences Institute (ISI) has been awarded a $30 million cost reimbursement contract for the acquisition of the Ptychography-based Rapid Imaging of Nano-Structures with Multi-layer Assemblies (PRISMA) effort.

Contractor will address the technology development of non-destructive 3D imaging for integrated circuits fabricated with feature sizes less than or equal to 10 nm.  Work is expected to be complete by Jan. 24, 2022.

This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with 12 offers received.
