The Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company signed a $300 million contract with the Thai Kom Airlines Company Limited to deliver six SSJ100 with the 100-seats layout during the period of 2019-2020.
The first SSJ100 is to be delivered to Kom Airlines in Autumn 2019. Kom Airlines plans to operate SSJ100 both inside the country and abroad. The technical maintenance of SSJ100 is to be carried out by WishV, the maintenance and repair organization registered in Thailand, the company said in a statement Thursday.
There are currently three business version SSJ100 aircraft being operated by the Royal Thai Air Force.
Superjet 100 (SSJ100) is a medium-range aircraft designed for transportation of 103 passengers maximum. Maximum flight distance is 4320 km. The aircraft was certified by Russian and European aviation authorities. Commercial operation started in 2011, delivered to the Customers in different modifications
