CAE Appoints New Vice President

CAE today announced the appointment of Mike Greenley as Vice President and General Manager of CAE Canada, Military, who was earlier working with General Dynamics.

Mr. Greenley was previously Vice President of Modelling & Simulation for CAE's Military business unit. Prior to that, he was President of CAE Professional Services and founder of Greenley and Associates, which was acquired by CAE in 2004.

He is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI) and Chairman of the Advisory Board for Defence and Security Export to the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) in Canada.

With this appointment, CAE will now be operating its defence and security business activities within the Canadian market as a regional business unit. Mr. Greenley will be responsible for the general management and operation of CAE Canada, Military, and will be based in CAE's offices in Ottawa.

This new position brings added focus to ensuring our Canadian customers and business partners are supported with world-class solutions that help maintain mission readiness."
