Raytheon has won $80 million modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract to exercise an option for the procurement of 200 Lot 10 AGM-154C-1 unitary Joint Stand-Off Weapon missiles.
In addition, this contract provides for one AGM-154C-1 for performance characterization test.
Work is expected to be completed in August 2016.
Raytheon successfully tested the new Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) C-1 by establishing communications among an F/A-18E/F Super Hornet aircraft, an E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft and the JSOW C-1. The test was part of the US Navy's Trident Warrior 2013 demonstration in July
