Brokers Issue Forecasts for Auto Prop Reit FY2025 Earnings

Auto Prop Reit (TSE:APR) – Desjardins decreased their FY2025 earnings per share estimates for Auto Prop Reit in a report released on Friday, August 15th. Desjardins analyst L. Kalmar now expects that the company will post earnings of $1.01 per share for the year, down from their previous estimate of $1.02. Desjardins also issued estimates for Auto Prop Reit’s Q4 2025 earnings at $0.25 EPS and FY2027 earnings at $1.16 EPS.
