Components consist of commercial, off-the-shelf equipment that is uniquely configured for the particular platform and system to satisfy workstation, processor, file server or other network requirements, the US department of Defense said in a statement Thursday.
This modification brings the cumulative value of the contract to an estimated $474 million. The contract combines purchases for the Navy and the governments of Australia and the United Kingdom under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work is expected to be completed by September 2021.
